Deep Blue Builders was founded by Gabriel Velazquez — a South Florida native whose love for the water, the coastline, and this community runs deeper than most.

Growing up with a father rooted in the construction world, Gabriel was immersed in the trade from an early age. But it was the water that truly called to him. From the Florida Keys to Palm Beach, Gabriel spent his life boating and fishing South Florida's coastline — and it was that lifelong connection to these waters that ultimately inspired him to build something of his own.

Gabriel attended Christopher Columbus High School before going on to graduate from Loyola University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Finance. He went on to earn all of his licenses while working for Coastal Construction in Miami, Florida — one of the most respected names in the industry — where he gained hands-on experience building some of the most pristine homes and waterfront properties in the city.

It was there that the vision for Deep Blue Builders took shape. Drawing from years of high-level construction experience and a lifelong passion for South Florida's waters, Gabriel branched out and founded Deep Blue Builders with a clear mission — to elevate the standard of waterfront construction across South Florida, one project at a time.
